Care about the cost living, also verify my certification and check my effiency on my job
More base salary would be nice for the amount of work we put in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'd get along better with my team if they weren't gossiping nitpicking and just overall having a nasty tone in their voice whenever they speak to you or anyone else on the team including residents. I would work better under a different regional and under a different leasing manager. We feel attacked
