Benefits, salary should be higher to meet the cost of living.
Live insurance is very good benefit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Care about the cost living, also verify my certification and check my effiency on my job
More base salary would be nice for the amount of work we put in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very personable and genuinely care about one another
Effective communications, professionalism, and very reliable.
Kind, supportive, professional, and all around good people.
They are like family, God bless my team.
My team is very cohesive. We all have a similar mindset and strive to make sure our residents have sanctuary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'd get along better with my team if they weren't gossiping nitpicking and just overall having a nasty tone in their voice whenever they speak to you or anyone else on the team including residents. I would work better under a different regional and under a different leasing manager. We feel attacked
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People who genuinely care about one another's well being
Culture is set and put in practice by the top down.

The people are easy to converse with and connect to
They background check is understandably tough as the make sure to employ the best people to represent the Bozzuto brand
They where very welcoming and understanding.
It was on line and even I said bad thing about the general work system, I got the job,. That says a lot about Bozzuto, no kidding.!
