My team is very cohesive. We all have a similar mindset and strive to make sure our residents have sanctuary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'd get along better with my team if they weren't gossiping nitpicking and just overall having a nasty tone in their voice whenever they speak to you or anyone else on the team including residents. I would work better under a different regional and under a different leasing manager. We feel attacked
