Each leader is approachable, friendly and welcoming. I support 3 executives who are very busy but they still take the time to welcome me, and when I have questions, review my needs, explain tools and processes and answer my questions. The Branch culture is strong, and lived everyday!
Best part about our leadership team is that they believe in transparency and challenging the status quo. Anyone can reach the leadership team anytime. Our values and culture is what makes our company the best place to work.
The leadership team is focused on one goal and they motivate the whole company achieve goals.
transparency and humility (there are no egos!)
Nee additions to the team are representative of what a leadership team looks like
Bringing in revenue and having clear goals to do that
To improve as a leadership team, it is crucial to focus on developing employees and making them feel invested in the growth and success of the company. Otherwise, employees may be more likely to leave for other roles that offer better opportunities for growth and advancement.
Listening to experts that they hire and making data-driven decisions
There seems to be a clear divide between employees who were hired early on and those who were hired recently. The former get treated better and seem to have less rules / process around things like promotion and development.
The compensation package is one of the best aspect of working for Branch. Benefits are amazing, perks are really fun and the salary very competitive. This package is the best overall I've encountered in my career to date.
The base salary is competitive
The RSU or the stock option is the best part in the compensation. Long term association with the company comes with a benefit of becoming a shareholder of the company. This gives a sense of ownership and is a great way to retain talent.
it an always be better for vision and dental but i feel i have options
offering ample choices on health care
Better alignment with my industry
I feel undervalued because my role at similarly sized companies w/ the same level of experience is compensated higher & comes w/ a higher title & more strategic responsibilities. Branch should invest in me to demonstrate my value & contributions are appreciated.
I am expected to provide value that my peers are expected to provide, but they get paid more and have bigger titles. To make me feel valued I should have an equivalent title and be paid the same or stop requiring so much from me.
equity provisioning across the company is wildly disparate
Comp data for my industry is published online, and refreshed annually with data contributed by hundreds of organizations both big and small. This is how I know I'm paid under market.
We are very diverse, yet we all interact with no issue or awkwardness. People say hello and ask how you are doing with a genuine smile. The lunch table is interactive and lively with laughter and conversation. People enjoy each other's company.
The team is always open for ideas and available to step in to help whenever needed is best thing.
for the most part folks are here for each other
Smart, collaborative, creative and fun people
hiring and keeping talent that is aligned to the values of the company
Less politics, and actually having everyone work towards the same goal.
Too many have never had jobs before, they require a lot of help. Too many are far too sensitive to work effectively.
There's always something going on at Branch. We have strong ERGs with monthly meetings and activities, local office events, motivational gatherings and also fun teambuilding events. We are all busy but we take time to get together and have fun. Our slack channels are buzzing with updates!
Diversity is one of the main thing that can be observed at Branch. There are people from various backgrounds and experiences who are passionate at what they do. We have a fun environment to work though we maybe working in different regions and time zones.
They're trying to make it better
people are valued and genuinely are here for each other to support each other
Fast paced culture where we can make an impact and add value, people are genuinely invested in company's success and are passionate about Branch.

My colleagues are great. I usually learn something new at least once a week and the office perks are pretty awesome :)
Opportunity to learn and contribute to the team.
the work i do is valued
Culture, people, product, growth opportunities and leaders
i feel valued and engaged
There is no clear direction
There is far too much emphasis on acting like a family but calling it other things - collaboration, connectedness, developing relationships. We are here to do a job, not make a family.
Branch needs to continue to develop an exec team of new leaders who bring fresh ideas to the company. Changes so far are great and give me the impression we may be on the right track.
I am undervalued - wrong title, wrong pay. I am expected to perform at a level that I'm not compensated for, with no excuse other than my manager blaming HR for changing things. It makes no sense.
For a small company that wants us to move fast, there is a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy. We are needlessly tripping over ourselves.
