Each leader is approachable, friendly and welcoming. I support 3 executives who are very busy but they still take the time to welcome me, and when I have questions, review my needs, explain tools and processes and answer my questions. The Branch culture is strong, and lived everyday!

There's always something going on at Branch. We have strong ERGs with monthly meetings and activities, local office events, motivational gatherings and also fun teambuilding events. We are all busy but we take time to get together and have fun. Our slack channels are buzzing with updates!
Everyone is excited to see each other. We're not afraid to try new things. We celebrate both successes and failures - as long as we learn from them.
