What is the best part about your compensation package?
The partners have intentionally provided a very generous package, with excellent insurance options and ALL the holidays
Vacation time is incredibly flexible and we get all federal holidays off.
Liberal PTO time. Leadership encourages a work-life balance.
I appreciate the amount of days we are given off. Between bank holidays and sabbatical time, I have never felt more able to take time to myself when it is needed.
the pay is really good, the days off and hands off attitude are great, the health stipend is nice and being able to work remote for everyone.
The company covers insurance, dental and vision, along with a very generous PTO policy and package which includes a paid sabbatical. They pay a quarterly bonus based on company performance and offer salary pay in the 75+ percentile of the industry.
We have an amazing amount of paid PTO.
We get all the U.S. holidays off, flexible hours, WFH is available, but in office is preferred.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid compared to the same experience and qualifications at other agencies, but flexibility and work/life balance make up for it. Also 401K match is important.
