Everyone here is so kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help each other!
Leadership actively works to promote company values.
The openness. From the top down our leadership and others are very open about how things are going and how things can change. If there is a problem, make it known, push for change and it will happen.
people make time to chat about work or other things and it helps with team building.
We celebrate each other weekly with recognition and traditions. We use a system to give "high fives", and "big heads" and several other ways to callout your teammates.

Everyone pulls together no matter how busy it gets. Everyone is supportive and kind. Everyone strives to do the right thing.
The flexibility of work hours. I can take care of family members or go to the doctor and it's not an issue.
