Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is extremely transparent about company goals/priorities and is open to input from everyone.
Leadership is capable and has seen all there is to be seen in the industry. Diversity also helps with helping challenge the status-quo of the day to day.
They live our company values and prioritize work life balance. They invest in us and the company and are transparent about their goals for the organization.
The ELT is very diverse. They communicate weekly and follow a system that provides transparency to a level far beyond others. They demonstrate the company values and care deeply about their teams and customers.
They mean what they say.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The partners have intentionally provided a very generous package, with excellent insurance options and ALL the holidays
Vacation time is incredibly flexible and we get all federal holidays off.
Liberal PTO time. Leadership encourages a work-life balance.
I appreciate the amount of days we are given off. Between bank holidays and sabbatical time, I have never felt more able to take time to myself when it is needed.
the pay is really good, the days off and hands off attitude are great, the health stipend is nice and being able to work remote for everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid compared to the same experience and qualifications at other agencies, but flexibility and work/life balance make up for it. Also 401K match is important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Top level talent (all around), a fantastic sense of camaraderie, and a knowledge base that allows for growth and learning every day.
Pretty much everyone who works here is dedicated to doing great work. That type of environment really brings out the best in the final product and my own work.
Everyone on my team is incredibly helpful and empathetic.
Personally my team is made up of industry vets and smart capable creatives. I have seen a willingness to help out when it is needed and pats on the backs when they are warranted. As things in the industry change, it is also really good having younger minds that introduce new processes into the fold.
Our team is very smart and creative - definitely in the top 10% of any firm out there. We work well together and have a strong culture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is so kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help each other!
Leadership actively works to promote company values.
The openness. From the top down our leadership and others are very open about how things are going and how things can change. If there is a problem, make it known, push for change and it will happen.
people make time to chat about work or other things and it helps with team building.
We celebrate each other weekly with recognition and traditions. We use a system to give "high fives", and "big heads" and several other ways to callout your teammates.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The people involved were kind, friendly, and fair. It didn't feel like an interview as much as a conversation between peers.
meeting and talking with my supervisor and being able to meet my future direct teammates and also meeting other members that I'd work with in the future
Got to meet several of the team and partners. Was given time to really vet them as much as they were vetting me. I appreciate that this took more than one interview.

What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility in how I can work and how helpful the team is to one another.
The people and doing great things for our customers.
I enjoy remote work and I also enjoy afternoon meetings with my coworkers where we can talk and share. Our creative meetings on Friday mornings are very fun. It all starts with music and drawing.
being able to create and be creative with other like minded individuals that really do want the same thing you do
