Its good. there are some growing pains but as a whole, we work well together. I think there are some scheduling and planning issues that need to be worked out but on the flip side of that, we're allowed a lot of freedom and time off that I haven't experienced at other companies. Its been good so far

people make time to chat about work or other things and it helps with team building.
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to create and be creative with other like minded individuals that really do want the same thing you do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the pay is really good, the days off and hands off attitude are great, the health stipend is nice and being able to work remote for everyone.
What did you like most about the interview process?
meeting and talking with my supervisor and being able to meet my future direct teammates and also meeting other members that I'd work with in the future
