Pay me hourly , keep your benefits they do nothing for anyone anyway.
I feel very undervalued. I can work as hard as i possibly try and managment just chooses to not see potential in me our of their own personal spite against me. A lot of favoritsm goes on, ill be punished and talked to for doing something wrong but an employee who is favored, never gets spoken to.
I did feel undervalued and all i want is my last check so i never have to deal with this company again
Its not as much brio's fault as it is our location. Cliental is awful and management, instead of resolving issues by the rules that we're trained by, they create excuses and loopholes for certain customers.

Bc I was working 2 stations for 14 an hr was in formed by the Team leader that I was supposed too get a dollar or at least 50 cents raise for every station I learnt I learnt pasta in three days I submitted for a ride and was told I make more then others when I watch other wmployees quits and got a r
They treat us second compared to anyone else
