What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leaders are great but they have their favirotes and that can be tricky when in a leadership role. Theres no actual authority or standards for people.

My managers are the best, its their higher ups that I have an issue with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not being liars who tell people to quit if they don't like them and explicitly stating that everyone is replaceable and nobody is an important part of the team.

More structure, more communication and more understanding and to show appreciation to the in-house staff

Genuinely care about the well being of employees rather than guests. They push employee needs off to the side

Communication with employees. Respect all staff and treat them as equals.

Better management and involvement from corporate

Be nicer and treat employees better

The gaslighting, micromanaging and power trips need to stop. If you want good employees and want them to stay, change how you operate. Otherwise, you will have everyone walking.

Communcation and respecting other workers

some members in managment are known to harass their co workers sexually, mentally, and emotionally. a lot of managers have unresolved anger issues and are extremely hard to work with.

Listening to servers on what our customers are telling us.

Just in management in general they need a positive strong role model and no the ones who are just there bc of the money the ones who actually love the culinary world and generally want too spread that with others

Bc nobody manages not pay us right now there's difficulty even too obtain pay stubs smh
