Management acted like they wanted to get to know you and did an effort in reviewing experience.
some members in managment are known to harass their co workers sexually, mentally, and emotionally. a lot of managers have unresolved anger issues and are extremely hard to work with.
its a great place to start at when youre new to the resturant industry, but once yoh know the ins and outs of how a GOOD resturant is ran, brio is not for you
Its not as much brio's fault as it is our location. Cliental is awful and management, instead of resolving issues by the rules that we're trained by, they create excuses and loopholes for certain customers.
Managment is lazy and does not care about their staff or their business. Loopholes are made when they shouldn't be (ex. sanitary measures, training, prepping) and employees are harasssed daily, sexually, mentally, and emotionally. Revaluation of managment and quite possibly new managment is needed.
