My management is extremely unprofessional. A lot of favortism going on in the establishment and a lot of retaliation issues. Manager John specifically also is unprofessional to where he stares ar employees body parts and favors and those who he finds attractive. (Video proof can be provided)

Different management/ management that are more experienced and highly trained on how to lead a team and be professional
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The gaslighting, micromanaging and power trips need to stop. If you want good employees and want them to stay, change how you operate. Otherwise, you will have everyone walking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued. I can work as hard as i possibly try and managment just chooses to not see potential in me our of their own personal spite against me. A lot of favoritsm goes on, ill be punished and talked to for doing something wrong but an employee who is favored, never gets spoken to.
