Just from my personal experience. It was the worst company I’ve ever been employed by. They treated the workers like garbage the wages were low, and there were sun who got taken advantage of. There is no structure no health insurance and no benefits no incentives. I’m happier at Bj rst I quit bc

Just in management in general they need a positive strong role model and no the ones who are just there bc of the money the ones who actually love the culinary world and generally want too spread that with others

Bc I was working 2 stations for 14 an hr was in formed by the Team leader that I was supposed too get a dollar or at least 50 cents raise for every station I learnt I learnt pasta in three days I submitted for a ride and was told I make more then others when I watch other wmployees quits and got a r
