Diverse and transparent in company decisions. Innovative.
The organization is flat - you can take your seat at the table with anyone, regardless of level.
Open transparency at all times, always thinking about how to better improve the employee experience

Higher salaries in UK, they are not that competitive but everything else is good

Fantastic communication and collaboration across teams.
Collaborative, creative, willing to drop what they're doing to assist with projects
I have an amazing Finance team. Hard working and excellent at their jobs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can truly be yourself. You don't have to "fit in" here, there are no inner circles.
Such a welcoming culture built on the idea of culture 'add', rather than culture 'fit'
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability needs to start at the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated the level of communication, and thought the team shared relevant material. I felt that the questions were a good mix and that I had the attention of everyone I sat down with.
