It was pretty good up until 2019. The culture starting out was great, we got a Christmas bonus up until this year, we get 4 weeks of vacation which is amazing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy to prepare for and the people were nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture was positive and thriving starting out. Lately it has been a negative environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more positive and they need to give productive feedback so our team and work can be better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Financially the company has been in a tough spot. They had to let 300 people go and my team is short staffed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I shouldn't have to struggle and live paycheck to paycheck like I do. I work hard and experience stress so I feel like I deserve more money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Right now not much. I feel like they are all talk when it comes to growth and development. 2019 has been hard for the company though so I am hoping things turn around in 2020 and they start focusing on helping their people grow.
