Not micromanaging, giving full context and trusting team to do the work well. Lots of fear and negative feedback there.

Health Benefits and 401k at a start up are amazing!

My team is friendly and smart, awesome people to work with.
I cannot wait to meet everybody back in office after this pandemic is over! Always a pleasure to learn from and with the team, creating a great product.
The team is helpful, impactful, and we change something and leave a footprint.

The people are very kind.
Great office, great location, it's fun to be with the team every single day.

It's long ago, but it was open and honest. The questions asked were reasonable.
Meeting my future team, talking to the managers and receiving feedback.

CEO focuses on Linkedin/ small details and only hires people from out of state? so they will stay longer
