Brilliant product, definitely a great idea. Management is very controlling and will often yell you how long you need to spend in any project even if it is incredibly unreasonable. The CEO is nice but she wants all questions to come to her only and has final say on all things.
Great product, great team members, great benefits, cool office with hybrid work available. Founders don't seem to trust their leadership team and like to be micromanagey with all ICs.
