More organization. It seems the company has become let organized over the last year.

Bridge is starting to go down the path of being too sales driven, which is driving people out.

Leadership is disorganized and say one thing but do another. Do what you say and keep people in mind.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to remember we are a people company. Make sure the people are happy, then everything else will fall in line.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bridge has always been a company that was ahead of the curve. Exciting jobs, People first, Work/life balance, but they are starting to drift from that.
