Ms. Vickie L. Ms. Schray responsible for formulating strategic and proactive regulatory/public policy positions on education issues as they affect Bridgepoint Education, Ashford University and University of the Rockies. Her most recent duties were as Senior Policy Analyst in the Office of Postsecondary Education, overseeing community college programs and initiatives. Before that, she was Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Higher Education Programs. She also worked in support of the Secretary and Under Secretary of Education. Ms. Schray began her academic career in 1983, teaching in Portland, Ore. Ms. Schray earned a M.S. at Portland State University and a B.S. at Oregon State University.
