They are very smart people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and work right beside their teams. They are passionate about our clients and drive our teams to do our best to make clients happy. They don't ask us to do work they wouldn't do themselves.

Unlimited vacation days and flexible hours
I am paid well compared to market. I like that I didn't have to awkwardly ask for a raise, my manager saw my value and took care of getting me one.
It's geared towards motivating results and rewards those who work hard.
I believe a new person taking on my role would command a higher salary. I don't operate that way to my own detriment.

We have such interesting and bright people here. Not only do I respect and value their skills, but I also like them as a person. Its fun to learn new things about someone I work with and also when I discover I have the same interests.

Brierley learned that work from home is not a bad word. That is the big takeaway from Covid for the professional operation of the business. It has made a world of difference. People are happier and more productive (and it is proven over and over)
Lots of opportunities to innovate and solve problems
The pace and the level of integration we do is difficult. I like working alongside people who enjoy coming up with solutions like I do. I like that the majority of people on my team are equally passionate and committed to resolution. I'd say the spirit of teamwork is the best part of our culture!

The culture is great! It feels like working at a small company but you get to impact the significant projects of a big company.

Candid interviews with peers and quick feedback/offer
I really enjoyed getting to meet the exact people I would be working with. It gave me the opportunity to evaluate them. I have found that they were very honest about the good and the bad. My recruiter was also very helpful and kept me posted along the way.
The recruiters were very personable and described the job & benefits accurately.

Opportunities to work on many different projects
Our office is super nice and I love that we got standing desks when we moved to our new office. I also like how open and light it is. It boosts my mood instantly. What makes me happiest though is working with my team and laughing on a regular basis. I consider them friends, not just co workers.
