That is the big takeaway from Covid for the professional operation of the business. It has made a world of difference. People are happier and more productive (and it is proven over and over)
- What are some of the best things about your team?Smart people. Really smart. Constructive disagreements have meant some of the best outcomes for projects. Challenging and rewarding each other.
