What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Brierley learned that work from home is not a bad word. That is the big takeaway from Covid for the professional operation of the business. It has made a world of difference. People are happier and more productive (and it is proven over and over)
What are some of the best things about your team?Smart people. Really smart. Constructive disagreements have meant some of the best outcomes for projects. Challenging and rewarding each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe a new person taking on my role would command a higher salary. I don't operate that way to my own detriment.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?More professional training opportunities with outside vendors.
