Dude Solutions is a company in growth. Its roots are founded in extremely rare, strong, and unique client services. Clients almost became family members, and Dude Solutions exhibited a family vibe. It was a laid back, work hard for the client, grow the products and markets company who had an empowering drive to own the market. With growth comes change. Dude Solutions, for many, is still a laid back environment of jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and flip-flops. The Dude still has good to great benefits, both traditional and non traditional - like 5, 10, 15, 20 year paid vacations, work from home opportunities, open door policy and subsidized snacks, however some of the client focus has given way to revenue generation. This has created stress factors across all divisions as change can be difficult for many. There is still a desire to provide the right product and to support it to the best of The Dude's ability, but some of the glam has come off.
Dude Solutions has a laid back culture that strives to provide our clients with solutions that highlight them and the work they do while making the office a fun, relaxed, and empowering place to work.
