What do you like best about the leadership team?
collaborative, open, not political, results oriented and people minded
Tranparent for the most part
The leadership is transparent and open. They admit when they don't get things right and are taking steps to constantly improve. We've had a long way to go, but can definitely see their impact in constantly improving the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Senior leadership is out of touch with the troops on the ground.
Communicating the big picture to rank-and-file employees. Mostly for our business unit ... what are our goals as a department? The communication at a company level is acceptable, but I have no idea about the direction of my business unit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitively paid and incentive program is appropriate for someone at my level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary analysis shows I make less than 100% ofthe people like me.
Salary is a little low compared with market averages. Bonus structure is not well defined.

How we collaborate with one another.
Fun, energetic. Everyone wants to do the right thing. Lots of smart people.
True commitment to building, marketing, selling and supporting products that change our clients lives for the better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
M team is the only reason I haven’t quit. Yet.
We have pointless meetings. Need a training on how to have effective meetings

the passion for our clients and our purpose

The people. Everyone is willing to chip in or to help/give advice.

Get rid of nepotism and yes people
What did you like most about the interview process?
Talking with peers that I would work with.
They let me interview them as much as they were interviewing me.
Spoke to the right people who had the authority to make the decision. Feedback was quick.

Feel that I add value.
The people and solving business problems. It's an intellectually stimulating place to work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Underpaid. Overworked. Broken promises. Poor communication. HR director that doesn’t like people. Who thought that was a good idea?
