What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Assistant Director trys her best. Our team is not realiable at all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting staff in order to inprove center moral. It is hard to get supplies and prep times but when things don't get done they are quick to write people up or threaten their jobs.

start treating all employees the exact same without prejudice

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better staff and more structure within our building
Accepting people that do not speak Spanish and not making them feel like they don't belong because they don't speak that language. Making everyone feel accepted no matter what language they speak soon f they only speak English and not Spanish
