- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Accepting people that do not speak Spanish and not making them feel like they don't belong because they don't speak that language. Making everyone feel accepted no matter what language they speak soon f they only speak English and not Spanish
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Supporting staff in order to inprove center moral. It is hard to get supplies and prep times but when things don't get done they are quick to write people up or threaten their jobs.
