Employee Stock Purchase Program is a great program and builds employee retention

If they gave us raises... the coat of living is going up but u are keeping our pay the same

Work load increased by triple and cant get a raise

Because the company don't see the work we do in the heavy side,and only said good work. I will feel better if they get better equipment

Management is now based on those that remain

Instead of our branch sending a route crew to help us, we get negative feedback about we are not working hard and we ask for too much, etc.

Just to feel like there was somewhere to go in the company and not be stuck on the bottom forever

I have one of the highest paying property in my branch branch have been doing it bringing my tools from home and it's getting worse it's just not fair pay me my worth
