I haven't had time to go threw it yet
Decent costs for insurance. Upfront and easy to sign up. I wish I knew more about my bonuses and how much my manager would give me.

If they gave us raises... the coat of living is going up but u are keeping our pay the same

Work load increased by triple and cant get a raise
Because the company don't see the work we do in the heavy side,and only said good work. I will feel better if they get better equipment

we have a energetic and skilled group that comunicates and cooperates in a compact and sometimes stressful feild to complet what ever is set before us

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listening, understanding, patience and training
I think theres need to be more flexiblity with switching certain jobs on people , some times one worker will do bunkers everyday for two weeks and another constantly switching off from mowing greens ,fairways , and rough
