Positve growth. So far so good!

Was told 3 months of training its really only 1 month, and the trainers I had one really ran the show and was quick to go through everything, then when that one month was up we still got short training sessions that were goofy if you ask me. They are a start up and seem to be going through SDRs.

Mission-driven work at a fast-growing company. I'm proud to be a part of it but hope for more product growth in the near future.

Would like higher-end tech benefits (401 k match) but still probably above avg benefits

Base and total comp is WELL below market. Also, they make major changes(like a reduction of 10s of thousands) to the comp plan and dangle it over your head for an entire quarter before announcing what it is.
