provide training to your team, understand the competitive landscape
Have a strategy, stop discounting peice last week of the month to hopefully get sales and teach targets
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't offer any 401k match.
Would like higher-end tech benefits (401 k match) but still probably above avg benefits
Base and total comp is WELL below market. Also, they make major changes(like a reduction of 10s of thousands) to the comp plan and dangle it over your head for an entire quarter before announcing what it is.
Stingy with titles and pay.
