The company is totally dysfunctional and has no idea that the majority of employees are unhappy and only do the bare minimum. Senior leasership down to regional leadership is at best D level personnel. Everyone i have had contact with is totally un-impressive and lacks tbe abilty to truely lead.

They need to be accountable for mistakes

Remove the current leadership today

At this point its to late. This is a rudderless ship

I would up the standards and mot just accept someone that has a pulse

EVERYTHING! I think they should start by learning exactly what it is we do.

Having a say in regional decisions and having the ability to chose my own career path
