Caring for the employees. Job has a very harsh business first mindset
EVERYTHING! I think they should start by learning exactly what it is we do.
Talk to the employees of what is wrong. Management puts on a fake persona once corporate is around. Messengers are the main money maker for Brinks and we are treated unfairly.
Making enough to be able to work a base 40 hr week and still be able to afford to live a semi comfortable life
Having a say in regional decisions and having the ability to chose my own career path
There’s no recognition unless you’re cool with management. Other than that whatever “good” you do won’t be recognized so don’t go above and beyo
To be paid the same as my cross town CO workers!
They need to be accountable for mistakes
Come to work as scheduled.
Limit hours. those excessive work hours and doing 50 plus hours a week is not safe for employees
Remove the current leadership today
I would up the standards and mot just accept someone that has a pulse
Tell them what they are getting themselves into. Bad management and back breaking work.
At this point its to late. This is a rudderless ship
Remove all management that is from legacy Dunbar. Ask messengers what routes they’d like to work. Talk to customers of ordering less on a specific day and spread orders out throughout the week so one specific day isn’t back break
Fair pay for all employees that work for Brinks
