What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed it was pretty casual but I know the interview process is changing and becoming more structured.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The internal team, their willingness to overcome challenges with positivity and their true passion for the products we make and customers we serve.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers, the customers we work with, and being part of a high growth company. I can see my impact on a daily bases which is extremely motivating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Brist is young, with that comes inexperience but they are constantly learning and progressing as a group, adapting to our considerable growth and continue to put measures in place to better take care of the internal team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is tricky, my compensation with the organization has got considerably better year over year. When I began we had no benefits, now we have 3% match IRA, Health & Dental and I am getting a closer to market rate wage. I believe management will continue to make an effort to improve this as we grow.
