What do you like best about the leadership team?
People in lower leadership constantly hustle and check in with the people they care for. They also go to bat for their employees and each other regularly.
Most of the leadership team are people who have been/are on the front lines at Brist. Having decision-makers with context is extremely helpful

We are a freight train with an agenda of crushing deals and making things HAPPEN. There are some days that are not for the faint of heart, but deeper the valleys - higher the mountains. We have taken our potential and turned it into success, and it doesn't feel like we're stopping.
