Great experience, coworkers and management make Bristow a wonderful place to work.

They put safety first, care about all the employees, and stand behind their principles.

They don't understand the operations of the actual mission. They might understand the business, but the people who fly the aircraft, who make it happen, are merely numbers on a board. Every pilot here is looking for employment outside Bristow. Anyone who says they are not is lying out of fear.

compensation is middle of the road. there is better, there is worse.

The people are the best thing about this company. There was until recently a real good environment with each other. Management recently broke it though, so it isn't as good as it used to be.

Everyone has a good attitude, they are enjoyable to be around, and they are all professional and very good at their roles within the company.

Coworkers have good attitudes and are friendly. Just culture is taken seriously.

Management need to be replaced

Managers who know what they are doing. Jason Glenn puts people in place who create disasters in their wake. And he does not have the situational awareness to see it until the damage is already done. If you aren't in his circle, you aren't going anywhere.

Challenging but fair. The interview was looking for skills but also personality.

Ask logical questions instead of the same canned questions that everyone asks.

Knowing that at the end of each day I have had a positive impact on the safety of our operations- ensuring that all the pilots and passengers will return home safely.

They don't see it yet, but we are losing some of our large customers in the SAR operation. Shell and BP will be gone within a year to PHI. Hess will be gone since Chevron bought them out. We are in a decline that they do not see coming. I hear the train....
