- What are some of the best things about your team?The people are the best thing about this company. There was until recently a real good environment with each other. Management recently broke it though, so it isn't as good as it used to be.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They don't see it yet, but we are losing some of our large customers in the SAR operation. Shell and BP will be gone within a year to PHI. Hess will be gone since Chevron bought them out. We are in a decline that they do not see coming. I hear the train....
