the food on board is delicious
They're innovative and passionate. They trust their employees and don't micro-manage.
Their ability to look far beyond the noise in the media and plan for future recovery

Flight benefits and health insurance
Medical ,flight privilege and leave accrual
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but I believe that the benefits could be more generous. But it's understandeable considering how much the company had to recover yesterday.

Willingness to pitch in and help in whatever needs to be done

Looking positive to the reopening of all borders and taking us back flying again , meeting our customers needs
