Living allowance, transportation, overall the salary package was fair.

Bonus and benefits. Manager is very nice.
Health benefits are excellent. 401k match is unparalleled at around 9% of your income.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
cost of living has skyrocketted, pay remains status quo

i enjoy the collaborative spirit
Can be collaborative at times while maintaining ability to produce individual work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Open door policy and open to discussion and debates will significantely improve the business.

Smart team, respectful leaders, good culture

Smart people are hired, usually. This makes working in groups easier as everyone is competent.
