Good environment, hybrid schedule, teamwork, nice office

I was only looking for temporary work in 2021, but when I attended an online all-employee meeting, and I saw just what a wonderful company it is, with such high aspirations to truly be a positive, dynamic entity in the communities it serves, I asked to become a F/T employee. I love going to work!

The leadership team consistently offers Brixmor employees ways to shine and lift up the company. Throughout each year, leadership recognizes, rewards, and promotes employees are are finding better ways to make Brixmor work. I believe that they are good people who want to have a positive impact.

Everything - they need to be replaced with a complete culture overhaul.

My team works together well. Our team leaders are always thinking about ways to make us feel valued. We have fun and are also very productive. When life happens to any one of us, the rest of us are there to support and to fill in the gaps with caring attitudes.
