Broadcom Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Total compensation is good. But not Salary or transparency

Restricted stock options (both quantity and vesting schedule)

Massive RSU grant vested quarterly

Bonus & stock are better than anyplace I’ve heard

Stocks and salary and fully remote

Review from Sales Dept

All (rsu, bonus, fixed wage, insurance)

Rsu, espp, 401k, bonus, base

The RSU plan is amazing. I took a small pay cut which was tough the first year but once my RSUs started to vest, my total compensation is almost 30% higher than prior to Broadcom.

Stock Option (RSU) matured quarterly

Review from Engineering Dept

The best part of our compensation package is our large bonuses, because our business does excellent.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'd like a better base pay.

HIGHER SALARY AND MORE INVESTMENT IN EMPLOYEE EDUCATION/DEVELOPMENT

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefits and holiday pay and comp time like an adult deserves

i think other big companies pay more. Even though Symantec used to pay the same there were more benefits and Symantec used to notoriously underpay
