Executive Bio

Mr. Mark Gonikberg has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Wireless Communications & Connectivity at Broadcom Limited since October 20, 2017. Mr. Gonikberg is responsible for Broadcom's Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and navigation products. Prior to this, he held engineering management positions and led the development of advanced wireless communications chips. Mr. Gonikberg joined Broadcom in 1999 through the acquisition of Altocom Inc. where he was Co-Founder and Vice President of Engineering. Earlier in his R&D career, he worked on several communication technologies at Telebit and General Magic. He is the named inventor on 58 issued U.S. patents. Mr. Gonikberg earned an Electrical Engineering degree from Leningrad Electrotechnical Communications Institute.
