What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy, transparent and hard working. Each executive works with each other to build the best company BroadPath can be. I've worked in this industry for years and have never seen such a tight knit group.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actual benefits for employees. Not a limited plan for the first year. PTO for your supervisors. OM and above corporate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work very well together, our culture is supported highly amongst our leadership and it shows. Our Connection Manager does an amazing job bringing the company together quarterly and that is not easy being a Work From Home Company

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How hard they work at keeping everyone connected being we are from all over the US and Philippines. Not an easy task.

Get rid of the negative. The ones that are only yes people. Keep the ones that are out of the box thinkers that care about the company.
