Craig Decker — Managing Director of EMEA at BroadSoft

Mr. Craig Decker has been Director of Customer and Sales Resources of Middle Atlantic Products, Inc. since February 2010. Mr. Decker has 15 years of experience in sales for Middle Atlantic. He serves as the Managing Director of EMEA at BroadSoft, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Sales - EMEA since January 2007. He leads BroadSoft's efforts to expand adoption of the BroadWorks(R) VoIP application platform among European service providers. He held several positions within the Middle Atlantic Products including customer support manager, National Director of sales for data and structured cabling and eastern region Sales Director for the past six years. Prior to joining BroadSoft, he served as Vice President of worldwide sales for Newport Networks Group Plc (alternate name Newport Networks, Ltd), where he developed and implemented strategies for Tier 1 service provider accounts, recruited successful EMEA and APAC teams and initiated several key partner and customer activities. Mr. Decker also held several senior executive positions with other companies, including Syndesis as Director of sales and at CoSine Communications, where he served as General Manager and Vice President of international operations. He has also served in a variety of executive positions with Ascend Communications and Syndesis. Mr. Decker holds a B.Sc. Honours degree from Monash University.
