The CEO is generally well-liked, and he certainly was when I was there. He makes an effort to communicate and share information with everyone on a periodic basis.
How's the work life balance at BroadSoft?
You had to make a conscious effort to have a work life balance. It's not part of the corporate culture, because there is usually plenty to fill your time, and if you let it, the work will impede on personal time.
