He served as Vice President of Caribbean and South America of SEMA/Priority Call. Mr. Di Palma worked in the provincial government parliament in Montreal. He holds an MA degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Concordia University, an MBA from McGill University and a BA degree in Economics and Political Science.
