Mr. Di Palma served as the Chief Operating Officer at Acme Packet, Inc. since January 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Business Development at Acme Packet, Inc. since January 2011. He served as Vice President of Sales & Business Development of Acme Packet Inc. from February, 2001 to January 2011. Mr. Di Palma served as Vice President of International Business Development of SEMA/Priority Call, where he spent six years in systems engineering, sales and business development, where he managed all activities of the Worldwide Business Development Directors group. He served as Vice President of Caribbean and South America of SEMA/Priority Call. Mr. Di Palma worked in the provincial government parliament in Montreal. Mr. Di Palma has more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth technology organizations. He holds an MA degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Concordia University, an MBA from McGill University and a BA degree in Economics and Political Science.
