(???NetSec???), a managed and professional security services company acquired by MCI, Inc., now part of Verizon. Prior to joining NetSec, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer for CareerBuilder, Inc. and was a member of that company's Board of Directors. Mr. Tholen received a B.S. degree from Davidson College and an M.B.A. degree from Yale University.
