Mr. Mark Kushnir has been Chief Information Security Officer at BroadSoft, Inc. since August 2016. As Chief Information Security Officer, Mr. Kushnir has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He joined BroadSoft in 2001 and has held many roles including running the BroadWorks System Engineering and Architecture team. Prior to joining BroadSoft, he was an solutions architect at Nortel working in the Government Solutions space. He served as Director of System Engineering and Architecture at BroadSoft, Inc. from 2011 to August 2016 and was a Principle Engineer there from 2001 to 2011. He served as Manager Carrier Network Support at Nortel Networks from 1999 to 2001 and also served as its Architect of Government Programs from 1993 to 1999. He served as Manager of Captive Lab Resources at Bell Northern Research from 1988 to 1993. Mr. Kushnir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Concordia University.
