Ms. Mary Ellen Seravalli, Esq. serves as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of BroadSoft, Inc and served as Vice President. She provided legal support to ScoreBoard, Inc. She has shown her breadth of legal knowledge and experience, having negotiated mergers and acquisition agreements, partnership and joint venture arrangements and corporate-level debt and equity financing arrangements. Ms. Seravalli has extensive experience in securities law, public company and human resource compliance matters and more. She served as Senior Vice President, Co-General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of The Mills Limited Partnership. She served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ORBCOMM, Inc. since January 1997, Secretary since January 1996 and its Vice President from January 1996 to December 1996. From 1991 to 1995, Ms. Seravalli was Assistant General Counsel of Orbital and from January 1995 to December 1995 she was also a Vice President of Orbital. Prior to joining Orbital in 1991, Ms. Seravalli was an associate in the law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on the telecommunications industry and where she represented both lenders and borrowers in connection with the establishment of various types of credit facilities.
