Mr. Gray served as Vice President of Strategic Development at GT Advanced Technologies Inc. (Formerly GT Solar International, Inc.) since February 2009 and GT Solar Inc. He served as General Manager of PV Europe/NA at GT Solar International Inc. He served as General Manager of PV & Sapphire Systems at GT Advanced Technologies Inc. and GTAT Corporation. Mr. Gray served as Vice President of Strategic Development at GTAT Corporation since February 2009 and previously served as its Vice President. He served as Managing Director and Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions at Canaccord Adams. He served as Managing Director of SVB Alliant (formerly, Alliant Partners) since October 2003. He joined Alliant Partners in 2003 to grow Alliant's East Coast advisory practice based in Boston. Mr. Gray is a 16-year technology industry veteran and served as a strategic M&A Advisor since 1997. With transaction expertise in the semiconductor, communications equipment, defense technology and e-media sectors, Mr. Gray served as a Strategic Advisor to public and private firms, completing more than 30 M&A transactions and strategic private placements. He was a Principal of Jefferies Broadview (formerly, Broadview International, LLC). Mr. Gray was Co-founder of Aspect International and served as its President. He served as a Senior Engineer of Raychem Corporation where he led engineering efforts for the Raychem's Display Products Group. An accomplished Engineer, Mr. Gray holds multiple U.S. patents and several academic degrees. Mr. Gray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, a PhD in Chemical Engineering & Semiconductor Electronics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
