Extremely underpaid and no bonuses/raises. We are also very overworked for the little pay (close to minimum wage) for the amount of work we do (operate over 12+ systems, customer service, projects, etc)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would prefer to make more than someone at McDonalds for the amount of work my team does. We get paid $17/hr in Seattle (minumum) for learning and using over 12+ systems everyday, working on ADDITIONAL projects (not in job description), and required to be on phones for 8+ hours a day.
